                黄花菜烘干工艺

                黄花菜︼烘干参考工艺

                第一阶段:将黄花菜均⌒匀地摊在烘盘上推入烘房,初始设定温度为80℃,但由于黄花菜大量吸√热,烘房温度会降至60~65℃,保持此温度烘焙10~12小时;

                第二阶段:等待冷却后,烘房设定温度为50℃,直至烘干水∞分保持在14%为止。烘干期间注意排湿,保持65%以下的相对湿度;

                第三阶段:脱水干燥后的黄花菜为防止易折断而影响质量,因此需要入缸回软3-5天,成品后Ψ的黄花菜应用手握紧不发脆,松手后又能自然散开,以相互之间不粘连为宜。

                黄花菜的成品︽质量:

                黄花菜成品含水量为10%~15%,色泽淡黄色,均匀一致;无裂嘴, 无花梗,无杂质,无霉菌斑,无虫害
